Josh was great and thorough! He broke things down to a simplified manner for my wife and I which made everything easy to understand. They also were able to complete our inspection, sewer scope and radon testing all within 24 hours of requesting an appointment which was a huge help!
We recently hired Dunsing to perform a house inspection and we were very happy with their service. Scheduling was really easy, communication was good throughout the process. Our inspector and Dan did a great job the day of the inspection. They were very thorough in their inspection, and they took the time to explain us the whole process as well as all the findings. Overall we had a good experience with Dunsing Inspections and would recommend them for anyone looking for a good and responsive home inspector.
Dunsing did great work and I spent the entire inspection with my home inspector. He did a great job explaining what he saw and answering my questions. They found several important issues that were key parts of our negotiations with the seller. Dunsing was worth every penny and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
